Several years ago I worked for a company that would have a halloween costume contest.  Over the previous year the company had reorganized and I had to lay off a lot of employees.  I decided to dress up as a grim reaper.  I never thought of bringing a change of clothes just in case.   First thing in the morning an employee gave her two week notice.  After she gave her notice, she proceeded to bad mouth the company and managment.  She was being so disrubtive and the president of the company heard about.  He requested that I just walk her out and the company would pay her for her two weeks.  So I had to go to her cubicle dressed as the grim reaper to walk her out.  If I remember I got second place in the contest.
