    I wanted to share a message of hope to those who might be in despair...or you might know someone who can profit from this note. I have seen all the unemployed face to face and we have bonded. We are stronger because we've learned that support and faith work hand in hand. I am consulting at my library's Job Search Central and I leave my position each day with renewed hope and and energy that projects to those around me. I know that we will all get thru this and we will be stronger, more supportive, more experienced about life's goals and how to be the best person you can be. It takes faith and a strong belief in our future. Pass the word...we will...we can.!!!

    Memorial Day is May 25th. Here is a poem honoring this impending Holiday (may not be in your country but honors fallen soldiers)...
    In 1915, Moina Michael penned a poem ("We Shall Keep the Faith") honoring the fallen soldiers remembered on Memorial Day:

    "And now the Torch and Poppy red
    We wear in honour of our dead.
    Fear not that ye have died for naught;
    We'll teach the lesson that ye wrought
    In Flanders Fields."

    Good afternoon Bcoleman...Ny is doing just fine...weatherwise. I was walking down Park Av earlier and couldn't resist a picture. It one of red tulips and green trees. The streets were perfect with people just doing their spring thing. Some of these NYers were even smiling. One pix worth a thousand words...enjoy!!
