      <title>Paradise Lost</title>

The Bible says that this is the birthplace of Jesus. Jews, Christians and Muslims believe that this hem of the Judaean desert is the Holy Land. But what is written in those papers is far from what the present-day city is. 
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;Bethlehem is one of the most contentious places on Earth. A wall was erected by the Israeli government to keep terrorists away. Within the barrier are old homes made of pale yellow stones, refugee camps and settlements where inhabitants are suspicious of one another. 
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;A number of research papers traced the origin of this problem. During World War II, Israel was known as the British Mandate for Palestine. After the war, in the wake of the Holocaust, the United Nations voted to partition the region into two states - one Jewish, one Arab. Jews accepted the plan, but Arabs did not. Fighting between Arabs and Jews began even before Israel declared independence in 1948. The ensuing war resulted in about 750,000 Palestinians fleeing their native villages, many of them forced to do so by the Israeli army. Many relocated to the West Bank of the Jordan River, administered by Jordan, or the Gaza Strip, governed by Egypt. These were the first Palestinian refugees. 
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;A few research papers pointed to the fact that Bethlehem is a Christian town for centuries. Muslims came in steadily. Israel's victory in the Six Day War of 1967 altered the city's complexion. Jewish settlers began moving into the occupied West Bank, a place many Israelis refer to by its biblical name, Judaea and Samaria; Christians, who started fleeing to safer lands during World War II, accelerated their exodus; and Palestinian militants initiated attacks on military and civilian targets. In the same region where Jews once battles Philistines, it's now Israelis against Palestinians.  
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;Visitors would encounter people quoting from the Bible, reciting from the Koran, chanting from the Torah. Some would show their fields or even point to their olive groves. Some invoke history, while others envision the future (if there'll be one). Some pray with knees on the ground, some with foreheads on the ground, some with feet firmly planted but with torsos turning and swaying. Some throw stones and some drive tanks and some wrap themselves with explosives. All these things can be disturbing, and it's even more puzzling when non-residents would realize that the land that Jews, Christians and Muslims revere, fight and even kill for is just a tiny scrap of wind-soured, water-starved, rock-strewn bit of ground.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;Make no mistake that every corner in Bethlehem smells of history; no &lt;a href="http://www.besttermpaper.com/" rel="dofollow" style="color:black;font-weight:normal;"&gt;research paper&lt;/a&gt; would contradict that. But the conflicts played out in that tiny land are capable of transcending borders and consequently affect the future of millions of people.

      <title>Employee Resource Management</title>

Each and every human being thinks differently and acts differently. All of us have an inborn ability and an inborn passion. But the truth is that, majority of the people always act differently within their standard ability. This aspect is almost like deceiving ourselves.&amp;nbsp;This is a perfect example of giving away or throwing away our identity.&amp;nbsp;This cannot be blamed, because each and every people are born with a natural ability. This gift to some extend is lost on way to satisfy their thirst for education. During their education period, they are tending to make someone as their role model and there by coping him/her in all aspects. What I am trying to state is that, sticking on to our own natural ability is very difficult. We always have to row the boat according to the flow&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 0in 10pt"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 150%; font-size: 12pt"&gt;Knowingly or unknowingly, most of the HR professionals are facing the same problem. Sometimes they find it very difficult to identify themselves an employee with creative ideas. This is because their ideas are dragged to a conference room and it is molded with several ingredients which are of least importance to that employee. I am not saying that discussion on a new theory or practice is not needed. Of course it is needed. But the right to correct the theory and to re-formulate it must be given to the employee who bought this particular subject. If this is not followed; and the suggestions of the employees are not fully considered to re-formulate his own model, the employees will be forced to take patent right for his ideas and views personally. This is not an article to criticize all the current HR practices; whereas this all about focusing on some unnoticeable aspects of human resource management.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 0in 10pt"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 150%; font-size: 12pt"&gt;Human resource management is not merely managing people. Peoples can be managed by anyone who has leadership ability in them.&amp;nbsp;But managing the resources in each and every human being is a very difficult task. As mentioned earlier, everyone has their own resources which can be managed by themselves only. No one can be called a human resource manager unless he identifies the internal resources each and every one of his employees has. Natural resources are very much valued by the nations. So are the resources in them valued by the employee. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 0in 10pt"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 150%; font-size: 12pt"&gt;The name Human Resource Management itself sounds authoritative. As far as I am concerned, it should be renamed as Employee Resource Management. The resources of an employee as a human being are of large quantity. It is the responsibility of the employer to pick up the relevant quality resources from the large quantity of resources.&amp;nbsp;The name human resource management can be used in wide areas of social life. But a business firm should have its own machine to suck resources from the humans and converting them into a well and disciplined employee.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 0in 10pt"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 150%; font-size: 12pt"&gt;If we ever create a business and recruit a bunch of humans who have &amp;lsquo;resources&amp;rsquo; in them, they can never be satisfied and the management will have no control over them.
